Though technically just as classic and conservative as the notch, the peak lapel projects a certain confidence—hell, maybe even swagger—that makes the style perfect for a party. Our advice: save the understated notch for the day job, and bust out a perfectly tailored peak-lapel jacket when it’s time for the festivities to begin.
If there’s anyone who knows how to dress for a party—holiday or otherwise—it’s our friend Steven Rojas. When he's not holding down his day job as social media director of the Soho and Tribeca Grand hotels in NYC, he's holding court at the Club Room at the Soho Grand or helping to throw the traveling "New York, New York" parties that accompany events like Paris Fashion Week and Art Basel Miami.
Here, Rojas tries on a few of the season's sharpest peak-lapel jackets at the Soho Grand in New York. Roll over each image to find out more and purchase.
